Dear Universe:

OK. I get your point allmighty Universe, loud and clear. You didn’t appreciate the mocking tone of my last entry. It was clear I needed to be schooled and admittedly, that was a good one.

I don’t think it could have worked out better. Towing my car for an unpaid $15 parking ticket? $340. Leaving me in the mall parking lot at 10 PM in my pajamas with a yogurt parfait, video rental and cell phone with a dying battery… PRICELESS.

I’m impressed and more than a little intimidated. Don’t ever let it be said that you don’t have a sense of humor. So, your message has been received. I will not attempt to leave the house again. Thinking that I could in the first place was my own folly.
